easter inspo
Deviled eggs, bowls of strawberries, vases of pastel flowers, vintage fluted glasses with homemade iced tea, peonies and tulips, a beach umbrella in the sun.
Spring seems to have arrived and already at the first weekend of April, Easter is upon us! Our plans were last minute, as usual, since Easter really seemed to sneak up on us. Per my memories of Easter growing up, there will be deviled eggs, carrot cake, asparagus, and strawberries.
I’m also planning a colorful crudité board, some glass hurricanes with candles, a peach iced tea for those of us not enjoying Chablis, and of course getting to arrange some beautiful tulips and peonies from Mége.
Hosting a holiday is always such a nice time to refresh at home and envision some little design swap arounds. An excuse for spring cleaning-my wardrobe and medicine drawer got a much needed cleanse today. This afternoon’s plans after heading to the market are to turn up the tunes, open the windows, and replant our balcony window boxes, since the crispy herbs didn’t survive the winter cold.
And definitely planning to head to the beach in the afternoon after the feast on Sunday.
